When was Konoha founded?

I've been attempting to create a timeline of events in the Naruto Universe for friend, but I've recently ran into an issue. When exactly was Konoha founded? I could have sworn it was stated to be 60 years ago in the manga, but I've been unable to verify this. Any help would be appreciated.

about 80 years, tsuande is 50 something, if the 1st is her grandfather that'll make him 30-40 years older, lets say they founded it when the 1st was 20-30, so 70-80 years ago

50 years before Kakashi, Rin, and Obito were born.
30 years before Tsunade was born.
30 years after Hashirama was born.

Some people will say 110 but that was when Hashirama was born and he didn't start the village until he was 30, and Tsunade wasn't born until he was 60.
