when was it that we last saw sm1 use a substitution jutsu?

I seriously cant remember this. did kishi really frgt such a jutsu which was given so much importance in the beginning. all i c is that when sme1 gets killed it turns out to b a clone n its all coomon. the substitution dosnt need many handseals. so the time factor dosnt exist. cn u remember when u last saw sme1 perform it ?

I wish Kishi never introduced that Jutsu. Its the ultimate cop out, and this series would have been SOO much better without it, because it would mean that characters were in actual danger. Not just, "Oh no! A potentially dangerous super attack! Let me just use the substitution Jutsu and ruin the moment completely".

OT: I believe the last time we saw it was Tsuchikage vs Muu, when Muu shot him in the head with his water pistol (a perfect example of what I said above).

When did muu have the water pistol? It was the 2nd mizukage who shot onoki with the water pistol. The Ōnoki that got shot however turns out to be a sand clone Gaara created of Ōnoki and switched at the last moment.
