That video is UN5, the graphics changed.

UN3 was just the first game that featured that ultimate.

Yeah these are really creative and fun combos (you can tell some real choreography went into it) but I can never really bring myself to like the Ultimate Ninja series, the 2D gameplay just doesn't hold up to me in comparison to it's successor.
