When someone uses Clones do they gain access to the clones field of vision?

I was thinking what if Neji used shadow clone jutsu, to add a clone and complete his vision to 360 degrees.

I don't think they gain a field of vision, I think when one is hurt or something to that extent, the others feel it. Like if a clone was destroyed, its thoughts go back to the original.

I don't think it will work coz if neji used the shadow clone , his vision won't be connected and to his clones. His clone will have a separate vision and also that one blind spot
