[Discussion] When someone blames a country

Does someone blame a government only? Or does someone blame the government and the people of that country? People who make no political decisions in this world, but their government does for them, and if some of these people don't agree with their government, something bad might happen to them for not supporting their government. And when some of these people travel outside their country for study, trade, medical treatment or tourism purposes, they would be called things. Things that insult them mostly in religion. Yet these few people can do nothing but to keep on living in a world were it's full of hatred.

To make it simple: what such an individual who have no influence in the political field could do? They are not interested in others' affairs. They mind their own business since they were born. Yet someone blame them. They want to say "I disagree with my government", but if they did, their living will be hard.

Although I'm not making my country's political decisions but I'm voting. But the person I voted lose, so I need to go with the elected one.

Like what people who were supporting Brexin felt when Brexit side won and American now.

Edit: although I'm disagree with many decisions and moves made by my own Government and also my fellow country men and women who behave or have a mentality of 4th world country. I do my best to contain myself from thinking and bothering about them that much unless the trouble(they cause) comes to meet me.

lucky for you theres a precedent for this. ww2 germany. i blame them all including the jews. all they had to do was stand up and fight for what was right and have a revolution against hitlers crazy plans. the rest of the world would have jumped in sooner if the jews had resisted instead of bend over. in fact there were non jewish members of the populace who thought that what hitler was doing was wrong and risked their lives to hide jews and help them escape. those people to would have backed the jews. in fact I'm positive that if the jews had stood p for themselves a large part of the german population would have stood with them because deep down all humans know whats right and wrong and when push comes to shove we tend to do the right thing.

so my answer to you is that i blame both the gov and the people.
