I'm pretty sure his Hawk would of been able to speak. Naruto's can speak, Manda can speak I'm sure his hawk can to.

Can't believe just how stupid this gets, after all these years, only now does Sasuke stop to ask for help from Orochimaru, couldn't he have done that a few years ago, and not waste all his time walking around, not being able to find the fodders.

We don't know how long he's known about,and has been searching for them,and they are obviously not fodder if they are getting Sasuke,Naruto,and Orochimaru's attention.

It's even stated in that spoiler thread that Sasuke has been fighting with Akatsuki this whole time. Lets be serious here, which human being in the entire ninja world, would be able to put up a fight against Sasuke or Naruto? That blonde uchiha probably might have some tricks up his sleeves, but i just don't see anyone being able to put up a fight with two demi-gods. Lets face it, a clone of Naruto or Sasuke could handle all the previous Akatsuki at once. These guys would have to be aliens like Kaguya or Toneri to be a threat.

Then why bring up Naruto and Sasuke in the first place? Kishi could have left it with Sasuke's still searching for this otsusuki crap and Naruto's just tending to his hokage duties and have the kids be the star. Obviously the dads are in a big part of this.
