Further shows why Sasuke will have a hard time against Naruto speed blitz'sing around without the use of his teleportation.But even so with his limited range of 100 meter teleportation he will have trouble

Sasuke avoids Naruto with teleportation within 100meters...Naruto further more reaches his teleportation location within a second or so then he will be forced to use a defensive jutsu like susanoo his jutsu does have a cooldown.This is why i believe Sasuke even with his straight tomoe mangekyo which perceive movement better,cant match speed of RSM Naruto full force and will need more than that,luckily Naruto has never had the intent to kill with Sasuke and has held back.Example was like when Ay faced Minato and said "If i know where his marks are i can just pop up to one of them" same thing Naruto will do but much faster and Sasuke will be forced to use Susanoo.

Ay wouldnt be able to touch Minato in pure speed,Minato would just FTG dodge ftg away,RSM Naruto would.

When sasuke fans say "He can easily perseive Naruto"

You forget that KM Naruto outsped Ay

BM Naruto was mistaken ed as a flash by Kakashi referring to Minato

RSM Naruto is just pure blitz.

Conclusion:

Sasuke will need to hide under the susanoo or he will get speed blitz'd even with his teleportation.
