Deva Path
If a Non-rejuvenated Nagato destroyed a large amount of the forest with a single Shinra Tensei [
Preta Path
Preta Path that was under exhausted non-edo Nagato's control was casually absorbing FRS and Senjutsu enhanced attacks like Goemon. A non-rejuvenated Nagato absorbed an entire v2 cloak in one go, turning Killer B back to base. A rejuvenated Nagato likely does much more, while a Rikudo enhanced Sasuke likely absorbs any attack thrown at him. The DB states:
Given Sasuke's compatibility with Senjutsu, he should be capable of absorbing any ninjutsu and senjutsu enhanced attack ever thrown at him.
Asura Path
Sasuke doesn't need the Byakugan's nigh 360 degrees vision, when he can achieve a perfect 360 degree vision with the Asura. As shown
Animal Path
Sasuke can have his summons utilise Rinnegans, gaining further vision. Use the Rinnegan ability which allows his summon to split, in theory of course.
Human Path
Though in normal circumstances, it is not that useful, with the likes of Sasuke, it could become one of his key abilities. Given his Swap and teleportation ability, he may utilise it along side the human path to gain easy access to the opponents soul, and given Madara failed to react not once, but twice to Sasuke's swap S/T, he should have no difficulty doing it to someone else, followed by a soul rip.
Outer Path
Outer Path grants Sasuke access to the Gedo, Rinne Tensei and the chakra rods. This means Sasuke gets a way to revive anyone he wills, his CQC is greatly enhanced with chakra rods that were unaffected by Kyuubi enhanced Rasengans (without Rikudo chakra, with it is likely the same as Madara's, untouchable to anyone without Rikudo's chakra). The Gedo Mazo gives Sasuke a means of sealing the tailed beasts into the statue, or simply a mans of chakra chains against any BM.
Other
It's implied the Rinnegan can use any technique, along with nearly any KKG. Madara used Storm release, etc. Sasuke will have access to all five elements and use any KKG ability he remembers from the past, after attempting to copy with the Sharingan. If Naruto uses Lava, he may be able to copy it (hypothetical, of course). On another note, Sasuke has the ability to use genjutsu without making eye contact, but rather in a single glance. He also has the ability to see the chakra points in the human body, meaning it's technically the same as the Byakugan in that regard. He can see through barriers, notice chakra signatures, etc.
These abilities are all being viewed from a Rinnegan alone perspective. However, what happens when Sasuke takes advantage of the fact his Rinnegan is a hybrid, being qualified to use EMS and Rinnegan abilities simultaneously. Yes, that means an Enton covered PS that can allow its user to fire off Rinnegan based techniques. This means PS stabs that are guaranteed with the Bansho Tenin. This means PS shockwaves followed by ST shockwaves. This means CT followed by PS swings. This means BT followed by Amateratsu. This means genjutsu followed by Swap>kill. This means PS engulfed with Enton, teleporting. Yea, pretty haxxed, but that's just me.

], and a Rejuvenated Nagato created a single CT, than Sasuke, who has Rikudo's powers should be capable of creating a Shinra Tensei 9x the one a rejuvenated Nagato created, at the very very least. Note this is extremely low balling, a single ST may as well be on the level of Pain's Chou Shinra Tensei given Rikudo's chakra and Sasuke chakra levels/original dojutsu owner. Madara likely never used his in order to keep the story progressing, instead of destroying the entire shinobi army with a few ST's. Preta Path
