The sole fact that Shin had injected Sakura with metallic weapons that (as seen with Sasuke) paralyze the body, but since she was only attacked on her arm, one of her arms weren't moving. Next, Shin was going to finish her off by using another setup of metallic weapons, even if she dodged these, manga wise he already injected Sakura with a few already. In the long run the same thing would happen again, and her whole body would be paralyzed, and Shin would cut her head off and it would be a good game.

What you need to pay attention two is, When fighting Both Naruto and Sasuke, he was on his guard. He was expecting them to attack him or go for his "blind spots".

When Sakura attacked him, he wasn't on his guard since both of his oponents were infront of him in full view and he wasn't expecting a 3rd party to come into the fight. he wasn't actively looking in every direction or really paying massive attentions so his surroundings since as i said both Naruto and sasuke were standing infront of him.

Also look at the 3 eyes on his head, All pointing forwards looking at Naruto and Sasuke (mid panel)

All of this is what you THINK could have happened, not what actually happened.
