When people compare Minato to Tobirama..

You know I really don't get why people compare those 2... Minato is basically freaking Tsunade in a man form. 1 freaking technique he specializes in and uses it with different variations. (Just like how most of you complain about Tsunade only having "medical ninjutsu".)


No disrespect to Minato or any of his fans, like Bogard and T Bogard (Don't know if they are the same or what).

But my friends Minato is completely non-comparable with Tobirama:
-FTG
-Edo tensei creator
-Master Suiton user
-freaking Senju (high chakra)
-Freaking kenjutsu master
- Taijutsu/physically stronger


Its like you can't compare them like that. I mean sure you can have a 1 vs 1.. and have Minato win. Nothing big. But in comparison to which one has a bigger PROWESS. Minato can't be compared to Tobirama.

Nope the fact that Minato able to save infant Naruto in middle air wil be a good example of his reflexes........Having a s/t ninjutsu dosen't mean that u can dodge any attack .......Obito's S/T is better than MInato's(not faster) but Obito unable to dodge Minato's attack due to the fact that he sucked at reflexes compared to MInato.............

Why is Minato compared to Tobirama? Why is Minato compared to Itachi?
The answer is simple; They are all revered Shinobi.
Now, about the Minato and Tobirama comparison.......
Let me start by saying - I FIND NO FAULT IF ONE MAKES A COMPARISON/S BETWEEN TWO SHINOBI. THE THING I FIND DISTASTEFUL IS THE SLANDERING OF EITHER CHARACTERS TO MAKE THE OTHER SEEM BETTER.
It's no surprise that many compare these two; They are both respected for their speed. We've seen Tobirama in a recent chapter acknowledging Minato's speed, going as far as to say that Minato's speed surpasses his own. Having said that, being faster doesn't necessarily prove that Minato is stronger than Tobirama. Yes, PHYSICAL abilities such as SPEED play a vital role in most battles, but one should never forget about mental abilities - (INTELLIGENCE). In a battle involving two individuals of Minato's and Tobirama's stature, the ability to not only observe and analyze, but also counter the opponent's technique/s will most likely determine the victor. Furthermore, we've yet to see the full extent of either shinobi's ability.

they both have S/T jutsus. Tobirama clearly said his jutsu pales in compaction to Minato's.
Tobirama has 2 water style jutsu which they are B-rank, which mean they are weaker than the Rasengan (A-rank)
Tobirama has edo which is weaker than Oro's in part one as stated by Kabuto, I doubt some fodders will be a big deal. Anyway, Minato has much stronger sealing jutsus.

They both have sensing abilities, but Tobirama is better than Minato (in base at least)

Minato has summoning jutsu as well.


I honestly see Minato MUCH stronger than Tobirama that's it's not even funny. the guys who wipe the floor with Tobirama couldn't even defeat some one as strong as Darui! that how weak is tobirama!!!

and let us not even mention the KCM that will make Tobirama look completely fodder, and how not when he couldn't even deal with some of Kurama's chakra that Kin & Gin have. That if they even needed it against him, as we know Kakuzu said Kin only use it if someone defeated Gin, and we know Gin said THEY defeated Tobirama. Therefore, there was not any reason for Kin to use his mode.

honestly we cant compare the 2 hokages IMO . we know that Gin said we defeated Tobirama which means they together defeated him. we still dont know what happened there. Gin would have been defeated which would have made Kin to go kyuubi mode and thereby defeating Tobirama.

we cant compare Darui with Tobiraam since Darui had team Asuma with him while Tobiraam had none(we dont know what happene to 2nd raikage he should have been killed by Kin and Gin and Tobirmaa would have been wounded trying to protect 2nd raikage.he would have defeated Gin which made Kin to go to kyuubi mode. i know all this is speculation but we have no idea since no detailsa re given as t what happened during coup attack.
