Same thing that happened to onemanga when they stopped the scans. A few loyal members will stay role playing cliques will stay. It won't be enough to keep the mods from shutting down the site.

It will slowly die. People will loose interest, the hardcore members will stay for each other but ultimately start to go one by one until no one is left. Messenger´s are easier to maintain contact.

It wont be here forever thats impossible or would someone dare to say that this site will still exist in 10 years?
A site of this size takes money, time and knowledge to run&maintain.
No one will go through all that for a couple of members.

And it wont be here for a while and then just disappear. Everyone would need to leave the site at the same time for that (and not come back again), slightly unlikely eh? :O
