Why is everyone assuming they're getting Major OP Power-ups?
- Naruto's getting a New Cloak, and Sasuke might get Rinnegan at least, but that's about it. The Sage only gave them a Talk before their second chance.

why would their power-ups be temporary? i mean this is the end of the manga, and naruto is the main character. it is only fitting that he is hella powerful towards the end of the manga.
