At this point Sasuke will only have access to his Mangekyo abilities to safe a loved one, in Gaiden, he gain access to them when Sakura was in a other dimension.

I don't think the dimension hop part drained him. He fighting momo and par with naruto. I'm sure he retained his full ability in context

I am having a laugh, because he was stating many times, that he put so much work for this movie and it is his biggest(or something like that) project.

Well... guess what, let Sasuke use just taijutsu , Naruto wont use even Rasengan and we can have 2 demigods fighting against some jounins on par for the movie after that, cause u know, for the drama and money. U_U
