summoning when he came back from being dead for about 20 years he still had the summoning so madara kuramano should automatically be apart of ems madara when use in vs threads IMO

I get your point. That's one of his abilities. Obviously when inside a jinnchuriki he can't be summoned. That's when a time system has to be involved in. A vs battle and that's a sticky situation.
