When madara is defeated do you guys think will happen

What i mean by the title of this post is will madara get destroyed and be no more or will he be allowed to live and grow old and retire somewhere. I know it sounds silly but when hashirama told sasuke about how sasuke reminds him of izuna and that before madara lost izuna madara was a kind man and that because of that sasuke might be able to stop madara without using force immediately i thought to myself,what if sasuke or both naruto and sasuke manage to change madara a.k.a making madara a kind man again and they decide to let madara live how would that work cause madara died long ago in hashiramas era but then he got brought back via edo tensei then he resurrected himself back to a living person but anywayz he should be dead obviously but if madara gets changed to be a good person again would he be allowed to live and grow old, if so then imagine madara the legendary uchiha roaming about the leaf village but then again he could be sent to jail or like i said grow old and retire somewhere and become a hermit of some sort.

I don't think madara would just live the rest of his second life out if tsuki no mei fails. I think hed rather die than deal with the reality he hates for a SECOND time
