I dont see Hashi's face on his chest anymore. and when kaguya split from madara it seems like everything was taken from him, he doesnt even have his sharingan or rinnegan

As I said, Kishimoto corrected the error in the actual book issue. The manga sites use scans of the original virtual version, not the final issues. As for Madara's eyes, he was near death and depleted of chakra, so it'd be impossible for him to activate the Sharingan or Rinnegan

The sealing technique is made to first paralyze and remove the RinneSharingan powers so as to disable any escape, and then extract the Tailed Beasts.

As the Juubi Jinchuuriki Madara had the Sage's power, as a result he didn't die. The bijuus already stated when Hagoromo removed the tailed beast he didn't die and was temporarily paralyzed.

Uzumaki don't die because they're descendants of the Sage, they have a portion of his body power, to be more specific they inherited the Gedo's powers (life force, chakra chains, sealing ability). The Gedo's life force runs through their bodies because Hagoromo used to be one with the statue and the 9 beasts. As a result the rules of jinchuuriki don't apply to them like it does the rest of the shinobi.
