When Madara dies and Naruto extracts the 9 bijuu from him, I think he will seal their full chakra inside of himself. This won't give him the Juubi mode (due to no Gedo Mazo), but it will increase the magnitude of his bijuu-chakra enhanced attacks.
The reason why the bijuu won't live as full beasts or in separate jinchuuriki's, is because it wouldn't make sense. How can Naruto communicate and use the chakra of the tailed beasts if the full beasts are elsewhere? It only makes sense that they all live in Naruto because they won't be able to live as separate conscious entities elsewhere.
Also, when Madara dies, I think Sasuke will take his rinnegan and put it in his other eye. I think the eye Obito has will be destroyed by Sakura. It makes sense that Sasuke will take this eye as it has been shown that it can switch back to the user's EMS. Also, it will mean that the rinnegan can't be obtained and abused by anyone else other than the person that was entrusted with it from the SO6P himself.
What do you think?
*Edit: The reason for this powerup is because when Madara dies/gets sealed, 9 bijuu can't die/get sealed with him. Also it was prophetised that all the bijuu will be together in the end, so it's obvious Naruto will receive the bijuu. So Naruto can't receive 9 bijuu while Sasuke gets nothing, so it makes sense that Sasuke could take Madara's rinnegan. I don't think it will give them both a big powerup, but will just boost their newly received powers slightly.
