Sasuke never got any faster from Hebi to getting the powerup. Lee only had the advantage because Sasuke's sharingan was still underdeveloped. His precog against Naruto was better because that was when he specifically stated that he could predict what he was going to do before he did it and don't mention Naruto because Sasuke's Precog was > KN0 Naruto and the only reason he got the upper hand was because he went KN1 and Sasuke couldn't follow both him and the cloak. The only time Pre-cog doesn't have the upper hand is when the user has to follow more than one thing at the same time which is what happened against Bee.

Lol again, Katsuyu doesn't have to intervene in a the match she can be supportive as well. That doesn't mean the match wouldn't be about taijutsu or anything you're mumbling about. Nah, Gai & Lee are marital artist and have masted many different styles. While Tsunade and Sakura's taijutsu isnt as refined or technical, plus the speed doesn't compared to Gai & Lee's but what they lack in speed they make up with regebration.

Firstly, y'all using Omoi as a way to downgrade Sakura's taijutsu skills
Secondly, she was able to blitz, Shin, Kaguya, Sasori and several others her speed feats are above average.
Thirdly, Sakura and Tsunade could easily beat Lee and Gai in a fight but Lee and Gai have better Taijutsu. 8th Gates ends in a tie because they both end up dying.
