The Rinnegan of someone who unlocked it naturally. Just look at what Madara can do with only one of them! And it's still pretty powerful in the hands of someone who is simply skilled with it, like Nagato.

Byakugan, no doubt about it. The byakugan goes far beyond any doujutsu in terms of visual prowess, due the ability to see through objects, the ability to see through great distances, the ability to see in detail, the ability to see in 360º, and the ability to detect chakra signatures. It is just like a high tech radar.

That is pretty impressive, but one on one the sharingan perception of motion is tough especially at EMS

Oh noes... you're VERY wrong about that. Prowess is just how much skilled are you using something, and Visual Prowess is how much skilled are you with your eyesight. Don't ask me, ask a dictionary.

Kakashi would beg to differ. Couldn't it be that the eyes them self allow you to take in more info so your brain can process it. Besides the brain and eyes work as a set, if it allows you to perceive things better than it is considered visual prowess in my book

Kakashi would beg to differ, as a paradox of course. Why would he fall unconscious when he awakened the Mangekyou after killing Rin?

It seems his brain couldn't adapt that quick...

But let's not go into these matters.

The fact is that Uchiha has a superior brain, this is a yin property after all, special chakra sprouts from these brains to awake new levels of sharingan. In the end, the eyes and the brain are connected to maximize efficiency, and when the sharingan is transplanted into someone that is not Uchiha, the power of the sharingan can't be fully awakened.

Actually that was trauma. The same thing happened to Sasuke when he chased down Itachi and awakened Sharingan. The trauma just made him forget that he had it.

Seeing how the sharingan goes hand in hand with mental stress I would think this happens frequently. Or by plot
