Not in this arc, actually his art is great indicator when he'll take hiatus.
If he take a break when his art is good then an hiatus of 4-5 months max, but if his art becomes like that of child's scribblings or a premature draft then the situation is serious and a very long hiatus will happen.
This time the art was good before hiatus, so I hope hiatus will end early next year. XD

Before the chimera ant arc I loved it then I strted watching the new arc and about 10 isodes in I literally took a hiatus. Thoe I came back to hxh and boy did I think the chimera arc was super epic. Im so sad its on break :c

That's true no one reads Togashi for mind blowing artwork for that read Miura, Inoue, Murata or Hojo, you read it for characters, settings and plot, in fact I would love to see a collaboration of Togashi with Kubo's art.

Don't get me wrong, he has some poorly drawn chapters. But this new arc hands down is on par/better than kishimotos.
