When I was in high school skinny jeans and gold rope chains from the eighty's was all of ah sudden cool again. I remember the reemergence of funny haircuts and facial piercings as well as tattoos and a new wave of hip hop artist. I also recall Obama running for office, me trying and failing to learn to play the guitar, and finally getting laid which is a funny story. But I refuse to share anymore...For now.

What do you recall from your stint in academic prison?

Everyone wore fresh long white tees, baggy jeans, and mostly Jordans. Headbands, wristbands and fitted hats were also in. Half of my school was either bangin blood or crip.
