When & how did Madara get the rinnengan for the first time?

This title may look a little old & I don’t know whether it was mentioned in the story or not but I really wanted to know the answer since I know Madara originally had sharingan not rinnengan & he said to Konan that rinnengan was given to Nagato by him.

I think tobi is madara's accomplice... Why?? They both share similar goals... all they want is to achieve the moon eye plan. Tobi probably gave nagato madara's rinnegan for all we know the rinnegan is a natural evolution of the sharingan, it doesn't make sense that nagato awakened those eyes without having the ems... In other words i'm saying nagato didn't awaken the rinnegan after all we never saw what his eyes looked like even before he got the rinnegan so i have reasons to beleive he didn't awaken the rinnegan.

Sorry but I strongly think that Tobi=Madara.The so called Tobi was deliberately acting like an idiot just to cover his true identity for the other members as being Madara.I think he become officially a member of the Akatsuki to have a stronger observation over Nagato & especially other members cause he was the one pulling the strings & behind all of the things. If you don’t agree with me just imagine how a funny & clumsy guy like Tobi can be a member of the Akatsuki unless he was Madara & you must know & I’m sure it was shown in the episodes that he was ordering Pain/Nagato,the leader he chose for the Akatsuki, to tell the others to capture the remaining Jinchuuriki.

Madara went beyond limits of EMS and unlocked Rinnegan, then read full Uchiha tablet and started to master it.
Tobi took eyes from Nagato which were given to him by REAL Madara.

Some things for some retards :
1st Uzumaki is not able to develop Rinnegan.
2nd In whole Naruto world only Madara ONLY Madara is capable of doing such a thing.
3rd It was all part of Madaras & Tobi plan, Nagato with Madaras Rinnegan was suppose to revive Madara, then Madara takes his Rinne back and Peace...

And yes Infinite tsukuyomi ( Moons eye ) is Madaras plan/idea.
