Didnt you hear what Tobirama said? He stated his attacks (the four element combination) was a technique based on (forgot the name but) English it means "Turn Jutsu to nothing"

Same one Obito did to Minato's arm....now it can't regenerate because of it.

Now lets go back a couple chapters where Hiruzen got blasted with the Four element tech. The same EXACT tech that took Minato's arm.....sorry to say but Hiruzen died again. Regarding to what Tobirama stated.

Reason why Tobirama regenerated because he and Hashirama because he only got slashed with Obito's bare hands not the Four element tech.

Sorry just a guess but see what happens in the next few chaps

Chances are we probably won't see Hiruzen with any of the OP feats he was hyped to possess.

If it were so, we would have seen them by now. Instead, all we got was his shuriken jutsu before he Obito swiftly incapacitated him.

In the event that we do see an epic comeback from Hiruzen, I'll probably enjoy it but he certainly won't become one of my faves.
