When exactly was Izanagi activated?

I reread the last chapter and the one before it and im trying to look for the exact moment izanagi was activated and from exactly when the loop starts.
Any help?

I think it was activated every since Itachi's Left Eye changed.

Izanami was started IMO when Kabuto sliced Itachi and he turned out to be a crow clone and then Itachi sliced his horn........That moment when Itachi turned into crows.....because loop is constantly starting from that exact moment...

Izaragi was first seen when danzo fought sasuke. If you meant izanami, it was activated when itachi told sasuke what izanami was while fighting kabuto.
