[PS4] When does the PS4 slim version come out? and is 500GB enough?

So i haven't bought a Ps4 yet since it's dry and the slim version is gonna come out anyways. My question is, when do you think the slim will come out and to all the Ps4 owners, is 500GB on your PS4 enough for you? how much memory does a single Ps4 game usually take?

The PS4 is pretty small so you don't need a smaller one. As for storage you can change the hardisk and make it even 1TB, it is only gonna cost you like 80 bucks. And as for the games they are around 50-60$ each.

no clue on the slim its already pretty compact and i like the looks. but no 500gb isnt enough disc games still take like 10-50 gigs on install highly recommend

or if you have some extra cash and 840 evo 1 tb ssd but in testing ssds arnt really worth it in consoles the hybrid drive above will increase performance almost as much as an ssd but is much cheaper.

Ps4 slim would probably come out in a couple of years from now, since Sony usually does that with every playstation generation. And it depends on the game.

With its size, a slim is highly unlikely, but if it were in development, assuming it take as long as last gen, I'd say we won't see it until 2016 at the least and most likely 2018. Dunno, just speculation. As for data, that's probably not enough

I mean it's slim already, I think you should look at one in rl. But slims usually don't come out for a couple years after the initial release of the system or more.

So it's gonna be a while man.

The only reason why the ps3 had a slim was being the original one had overheating problems. The PS4 doesn't have overheating problems so therefore there doesn't need to be a ps4 slim.
