[Technical Issue] When does my rep power goes +1?

I can't find the rep rules so could someone help me out?

My current rep power is 6 with 2688 reputations in total

►The total value of the reputation altering power(rep power) is based on sum total of three conditions-

►Joining Date-Initial default rep power is 1. On completion of an year at NarutoBase, users gain another 1 point of rep power.
►Post Count +1 point for every 2000 posts.
►Reputation Point +1 point for every 1000 points of reputation you receive.
