When do you think we'll see the next Toriko anime adaptation?

Yeah I know it got cancelled quite recently but when do you think we'll see one? I was hoping Madhouse would do it after HxH is over but it seems like they're working on a series called, "parasyte". Did Toei give up the rights for animating Toriko or is it just placed on hold? I really hope Toei doesn't animate it, they're horrible. My bet is in the next year or 2 seeing that the manga is doing pretty well right now in sales.

Speaking from a purely business point of view, the studios will want to see if Toriko's popularity holds for a few years. They won't take the risk of rebooting it without prior success considering how the last anime turned out. I think if Toriko is still popular in 5 years someone will pick it up.

Actually the manga is doing poorly in both sales and weekly ranking compared to the sales and ranking when the anime still exist,
the Japanese love the anime adaptation and TOEI is bigger than madhouse but then again Madhouse will not create a long running anime for a manga that sold below a million copies per volume.

Ikr. They're already killing the dressrosa arc with their inconsistent animation but this weeks ep. would be good because it covers chapter 730.
