Enel needs AH to be relevant enough to come back into the series. Kizaru would defeat Enel because Kizaru has AH to hit Enel where as Enel can't hit Kizaru because he doesn't have AH. His DF was pretty cool though.

i believe he will make his comeback, as will crocodile, lucci, moria, etc..

only reason enel is viewed as a fodder is because pre-gear luffy beat him, even tho it was ONLY because he is a rubber man.

will he still hold a grudge against the straw hats? or will he be grateful because they taught a lesson in humility and let bygones be bygones?

one thing is for sure, if he learned armament haki, he will be a serious threat.

Enel easily has one of the strongest possible DFs. Would be cool to see what he could do with all types of haki.

I got a hunch we will see him, he wasn't kept alive for nothing. But I believe it will be near series ending when "the Will of D" gets a closure, or on raftel possibly (I dunno if there is anybody xcept Luffy who can counter this guy.)

Long story short, if he is gonna get reintroduced, we're gonna wait for years.

Well... there is this theory going around, that Raftal is actually.. on the moon... and that's why no-body can find the place.

We know from the one picture drawings of opening chapters.. that Enel is on the moon..

It's not out-side the realm of possibility that the Straw hats will actually go to the moon eventually.. and well, then Enel will be waiting for them there.. so all in all.. it's possible.

Though if it's true that Raftel is in fact on the moon.. that would be by the end of the manga! Question just is, whether or not the ending is as far away as we would like to believe.
After-all, the time-skip was supposed to be the precies half way mark.. we got a lot of things to wrap up, maybe it's not entirely out of the realm of possibilities that.. the manga will start wrapping things up soonish.

Now introducing the revolutionaries more probably so we can open communication with them, instead of them just being foreshadowed.. Usopp having made it Captain like he always said he would. Them in the long run going after one of the four Yonkos.. there is a possibility that well.. from now on the manga will slowly start to wrap itself up rather than just introducing more plot points.

Crocodile, Lucci, Captain Kuro, Moriah, Arlong, possibly Don Krieg and others I'm forgetting about will also come back, so expect many chapters for One Piece
