You will get accepted into a village, when the Kage of the village checks the applications, some village Kage's are inactive for now so you will have to wait for a while for your application to get checked, other villages require that you send a private message to the Kage of the village, the Kage will then choose if he wants you in the village or not based on the application, if yes you will apply in the user cp section and you will get approved asap.
