When Did You Like Itachi the Most: When He Was "Evil" or Revealed to be Good?

Title says it all. Did you find Itachi to be a boss when he was originally protrayed as the bad guy or when he was revealed to be the good guy? Tell me your thoughts!

I like him better as a good guy. I mean as evil he did portray himself as a badass, but when he went good... you could sympathize him and love him more because he died for his village :')

I luv Itachi the Sasuke hugger the best...but I just love Itachi in general...all of him :ls:

When he was revealed as being good. I've always liked his stoic/cool character but hearing he did everything he did for not only his little brother for the village made my respect for Itachi rise tremendously. Itachi's character as a whole and because of his character development makes him a favorite character of mine.

He was my favorite character as the villain...but I think he plays the big brother part better.

When he was revealed as being good. I never read the manga, so I saw Naruto when it was on Toonami. Jesus dude, if you look at how cool Sasuke was and think to yourself. "There's another one of him, but better?!", it gave me the sweetest feeling. Itachi as a bad guy was the most badass thing known to man. And when he did it all for good in the end?! Brilliant.

This right here. Itachi had flawless character development until users like Uchihahaha, Uchiha Macho, and Itachi The Solo King started building shrines to him and sacrificing everyone else who didn't follow their twisted interpretation of the character.

His motivation for being evil was vague, uncertain and weak. So ofcourse i prefer the Jesutachi

I first saw naruto in the anime form. Didn't know about manga. But, the first time i saw itachi was when i first liked him. He seemed so calm and nonchalant about everything. Where ninjas would fight and show all sorts of emotion and struggle, he was always calm and expressionless. Infact, the first time itachi showed any expression was when he was messing with sasuke during their battle in the uchiha hideout. The way he'd easily brush off attacks and move with swift grace like when he fought kakashi and went to take naruto (when sasuke and jiraiya intervened). I just liked how simple he made everything look. Plus, his akatsuki outfit was friggin BAMF. Calm, collected eyes and sleeve covering face, epic win XD

When, I first saw him fight the three senseis I was like 'How can a guy be this cool when fighting' I can see why Sasuke wants to kill him for that reason lol

Before he was cold, calculating, mysterious and sadistic After: Good, calm, Kind and Can make jokes =D
