i started to watch the anime in 2005, then quit in 2007, then rewatched the anime last summer and read the manga last summer i am up to date with the manga but i have quit the anime.

In 2012. I was three years old in 1999, so I don't think that I could read then XD haha! When I was 10 years old, I began to try drawing manga (I saw one week ago a box full of crappy sketches of my drawings back in time. I couldn't see it more than 10 seconds, it was horrible).

I started watching the anime on Toonami. It was the written portion of the Chunin Exams arc. I thought it was pretty cool, but I didn't get into it. Then a marathon came on of the Zabuza arc to the then-current Chunin Exams episodes, and that made me love it, especially Team 7 vs Orochimaru. Then I got into reading the manga early-2011, then found online manga early 2012.

Started watching the anime around 2005, quit watching around 2007 in favour of reading the manga. I read the manga and watched the anime concurrently for about 3 years 08-10, and finally quit the anime in late 2010, i called tobi being obito.

I was too young in '99. I don't think I knew what the internet was, besides I wasn't allowed to use computers, in fact I wonder if I could ever accessed Naruto in English back then.
But, I did watch Pokemon!

I don't think I'd heard of it in the early 2000s, but I did watch Digimon! And DBZ!

Nor do I think I knew about it in the mid 00s... back then I went to a boarding school, and wasn't really allowed to watch TV or use the net, but sometimes I did get to watch Yu-Gi-Oh!

So, 2007 (that's the earliest year that I can definitely say I knew about it). But, I only started watching the anime in 2010, even though I started watching anime in 2007 (Eureka Seven is still my favourite)
