He apparently was taught some skill and knowledge on fūinjutsu from Jiraiya, as he knew how to use the seal's key after receiving Gerotora, and resealed Kurama after he separated it from its chakra.[106] Jiraiya had left Naruto with the key to help him complete an as of yet unknown technique which he, Naruto, and Minato have been working on, but never finished. Naruto stated that he was ready to complete it.

Could somebody tell me where the information in bold text is in the manga or anime..

its the sageofsixpaths seal tech they are talking about, the one that will give naruto complete control over kuramas chakra and most importantly his will... i believe its called tori seal, remember when after naruto gained KM afterhis fight with kurama? he was about to throw at naruto a HUGE bijudama... naruto said : "wow u still got so much power? youre incredible" .. turned his seal on his stomach and huge stakes ce down blocking kurama. thats tora seal. most powerful seal innarutoverse when itcomes down to making tail beasts your bitch.

I remember seeing this in the anime but manga.. I can't remember dude, sorry. Your best bet is to go over the chapters within the time of naruto going to learn sage or first visits the toads.

As for blue napkin.. that was unneeded mate.

i think this was while jiraiya was talking with another frog about giving Naruto the key to the nine-tail chakra

jman said sumthing like : we have to give the key to naruto so that he can use it

the frog: why that soon? naruto is still young ...it might be dangerous bla bla bla

jman: minato is intelligent bla bla bla .... so minato wouldn't have left me the key to the nine-tails seal unless he wanted me to give it to naruto, so that he can perfect a jutsu

frog: would naruto even need such a jutsu??
