Sasuke surpassed Kakashi at the beginning of Shipudden when we first see Sasuke, I saw some people use Kamui as a reason why Kakashi was still strong but they seem to forget the fact that Kakashi sucked at using Kamui in the beginning of Shippuden

. He can't control it as he said in the link I provided, he's not going to be able to use in against Sasuke since he needs to focus on the target but Sasuke would be rushing him and using jutsus on him, Sasuke also shown to be more adept in genjutsus so that can be Kakashi's downfall.

Kakashi wasn't well with Kamui until the Pein arc when we seen he mastered it to the point that he can Kamui something as small as a nail at pin point range but Sasuke had MS at that point and we saw a MS Sasuke vs MS Kakashi and Sasuke wasn't at full power. Sasuke growth wasn't normal, Sasuke and Tsunade believe Orochimaru used drugs or forbidden jutsus to speed Sasuke's growth
