Nope, PS power is on Bijuu level and the 6 Peinsbeat the 6 tails Jinchuuriki and Jinchuurikis are stronger than Bijuus by themselves as the 8 tails said and Hashirama implied. Deva Pein ST 3 giant toads who are about the size of a Bijuu which Sasuke's PS is close in size with so if Deva can ST 3 similar sized figures miles away causing them to break their bones then he can do it to PS; also this is after Nagato used a ton of chakra fighting Konoha ninja's and using Almighty push.

EMS Sasuke has no knowledge of the Pein's abilities so he doesn't know about Deva's 5 sec interval (which Nagato himself does not have), that they have shared vision, that Nagato is the true fighter, or anything while Nagato did have knowledge on some of Sasuke's skills and abilities thanks to Zetsu. Plus Sasuke didn't master his EMS until after the war compared to Nagato who had like 30 years with the Rinnegan.

I think Rinnegan-Sasuke surpassed Nagato. Even while Sage-Mode Naruto defeated a sick, unhealthy and weakend Nagato, he didn't surpass him. Just to make this also clear.

No, after the core gathered a lot of rock they used BD, FRS and Magatama. Not proof that BD alone, which vaporizes Mountains, would've failed at that level. If Sasuke hits it early it's done for. Not to mention KN8 muscled out of it, and Sasuke's PS= Kurama Avatar in physical ability. He easily breaks free.

That was a weakened Deva path as I mentioned above and even then he said he could make it bigger and his goal was to capture not kill. Deva Pein<Edo Nagato<Nagato<Prime Nagato in power. Sasuke hasn't shown the ability to make his Susanoo fly before he got Rikudo chakra so what does he do when ST sends him flying miles back crashing into the landscape?

Nagato was near death and defeated and destroyed a whole village when he used Chibaku Tensei against Naruto. Also we know that Edo-Nagato is weaker than a healthy Nagato in his prime.

And I think we are talking about the strongest, healthiest forms of Sasuke and Nagato.
