When did sasuke surpass Itachi?

I want to know when sasuke suprass itachi

Base sharingan
-Pain said to tobi that sasuke use his eyes better than itachi
-Sasuke counter tsukyomi from itachi which was known to be powerful.Itachi did not held back.Sasuke taijutsu,ninjutus(kirin ,fire release and lightning release)
-Sasuke use curse very well also
-Sasuke was tactical in all his base sharingan battles against dediara and orichimaru

MS
-sasuke Tsukyomi was weaker than itachi because he did not get enough time to train the skill.Sasuke other ms skill was better compare to itachi.for example amaterasu and we never did saw his final form susano full potential


EMS
Sasuke have a combination of both itachi MS and his own MS skill combine.Therefore he could use tsukyomi from itachi eyes or boost it up with both MS skill
Sasuke susano already OP and his amaterasu too


When did sasuke supprass naruto ,opps i mean Itachi

He never surpassed Itachi. When Itachi and Sasuke were up against Kabuto, Sasuke didn't know what he was doing. He'll surpass Itachi eventually, he hasn't yet though.

after ems, sasuke skills to me didnt improve that drastically, n this can be seen while he and itachi were fighting kabuto...but i think his ems gives him edge over itachi eyes

Current Kabuto can Beat Anyone in the Current Manga in a 1v1 Fight.

Bm Naruto and Current Tobi are the only ones who Compare to him at the moment.

well thats all well and good but Itachi isnt letting himself kill kabuto either, sasuke and itachi are in exactly the same situation and itachi is leading the show because sasuke cant control himself,

conclusion: itachi is still more skilled and certainly more mature than sasuke
