When and how did Obito find out the truth behind Rins death? And why would he blame Kakashi for not being able to protect her? She could've been made the sanbis jinchuriki before they met. Our thoughts please.

He doesn't blame him for Rin's death and it hasn't been shown in the manga how Obito knows this

I woudl say that the whole point is that it doesn't make sense. There isn't an entirely logical reason as to why he would blame Kakashi for Rin committing suicide. Yes, perhaps there was probably something that could have been different in order for Rin to still be alive but he isn't a God and has reasonable limits as to what he can do.

Well, he did control Yagura for a time. He could have easily gotten the village's secrets thanks to having it's kage as his puppet.

You're right, he was in control of yagura. I am actually believing that obito IS infact a lil crazy.

So to clear his confusion, he took over the control of the Mizukage Yagura and got to the deep secrets behind everything without letting anyone notice it.

He found out the truth from either the zetsus or conducted an investigation afterwards.
