Solo God Itachi is healthy and bloodlusted to kill. To be honest, given that Naruto has no viable counter to Yata Mirror or Totsuka blade I don't see any form of Naruto being able to defeat Solo God Itachi. Adding shadow clones will make the solo more painful.

Maybe Biju mode naruto is he uses his head......It won't be so easy to solo naruto coz he know Itachi's techs and he is smart in a weird way when it comes to fighting...and shadow clones are a great advantage...even Kakshi used it to escape genjutsu.....Yata mirror and totsuka may not have counters in terms of raw power or ability but in Itachi's own words every jutsu has its weakness and naruto is good at analysis others when it comes to fighting...he can be stupid but absolutely brilliant too....so i would say this fight is 50-50
