Lemme explain this right here: RSM Is a product of Sage chakra, which allows Naruto to use the other tailed beast chakra, and the only thing he needs the other tailed beast chakra is to create the truth seeking balls.
The manga, and databook support this. In no way, shape, or form does it state that RSM Is created by combining tailed beast chakra. Go find the databook scan, or manga entry and I'll believe you. If not, let me neg your post:

Naruto's Rikudou Sage Mode is not combined with the Tailed Beast chakra to form, in fact it uses ALL of the tailed beasts chakra once it is activated unlike a normal standard Jinchuriki who is only able to bring out the power of the tailed beast they are hosted to.

"One has the senjutsu of the Six Paths blossomed within him", nowhere does it state that he used the other tailed beast chakra to formulate this, but this isn't my hardcore evidence.
Also notice without bringing in manga scans, that Naruto was only able to talk to the other Tailed Beasts inside of his subconscious only after obtaining this power.

Six Paths Sage Mode (六道仙人モード, Rikudō Sennin Mōdo), Sage Justu / Ninjutsu used by Naruto. Most of this page is too blurry to read, so I can only translate some of it.
The big header basically says it's a gift from the ancestor of shinobi that grants a supernatural mental state allowing for the complete, universal comprehension of all things.
From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosphical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.
Top caption says that the caster has an unconcious/automatic mastery of the Sage of Six Path's "ability to levitate" (浮遊する能力, fuyū suru nōryoku).
Second caption says, "Kicking a Truthseeker Orb! Surpassing Kurama Mode, his vast chakra lets him perform this risky stunt!"
Third caption says, "His reaction speed meets or exceeds that of Madara in his Ten Tails Jinchuriki Form. It's the height of sensory ability!"
As Sasuke's is a gift from the Sage, so is Naruto's. The only reason why RSM was able to unlock the full potential of Naruto's other tailed beast was because of the Sage chakra himself. I mean Hagoromo was the Jinchuriki of the Juubi, his power alone is unthinkable.
So to end this statement -- RSM Is created from Sage senjutsu alone, not from combining the tailed beast chakra. It does not state this in the manga, nor in the databook. The wiki has it wrong as well.
Viz doesn't say blossomed and if u wanna call what Naruto has without the TB chakra RSM then be my guest. My point was pretty much that he has no TSB or TB chakra other than Kurama
Naruto surpassed Kurama mode thanks to his gift from the sage his reflexes and speed are above Kurama mode and Naruto still has the intellect gained from RSM which is y he can fly.
He should also have BDRS as well and the ability to gather as much NE as he did
The bijuu chakra fused with him and can be recharged. how do you explain hogoromo who despite not being a jinchuriki anymore is always is six paths senjutsu from? How do you explain the gold and silver brothers who always have kurama's chakra?
Naruto is a pseudo jinchuriki of the other 8 bijuu and a jinchuriki of kurama.

Gin and Kin actually ate a piece of kurama that piece continues to produce chakra or joined with them or something. Its weird tbh seeing how ppl tried to eat the Hachibii and died.

Now my opinion, there is no way to be absolutely right since manga ended. But I think RSM naruto > Rinnegan Sasuke. Naruto has enormous amount of chakra from Kurama + (some extra from other biju), while Sasuke only has his normal chakra unless he tries to absorb Naruto's chakra and Naruto has counter to such move, he can make Sasuke absorb too much nature energy (just like with pain) and it will make no good for Sasuke. Naruto has truth seeking balls, they are pretty much like yata mirror and can counter almost every ninjutsu and if Naruto learns how to utilize them it will be of huge advantage against rinnegan. RSM Naruto's foot speed and reflexes are super enhanced, which is greater than small distance teleportation.
Naruto requires 10 different sources of power that he has to borrow in order to equal with Sasuke. 9 of which are other beings that lend their help to Naruto. Sasuke requires a single different source of power to equal to Naruto.

The nine tails is simply a sapient, physical manifestation of chakra. What kin and gin ate is essentially chakra, yet it fused with them and they were able to naturally reproduce a small portion of the kyuubi's chakra even without being in contact ever again in their lives.

And as I have said Gin and Kin went about this in a different process. If I went by your logic everyone who Kurama gave chakra is now a pseudo jinchuuriki and can reproduce his chakra.
