Part 1 :

Kakashi and 3 Tomoe Itachi face each other, Itachi uses the tsukuyomi, Kakashi a non mangekyo still manages to deflect it

Kakashi just like last time or even cast genjutsu using his fingers .

and note this , Itachi restrained his powers at the face off because he was working as a spy for Konoha ...so Itachi couldn't kill Kakashi but still beat him up to by not killing him .
