Depends. SM Naruto has a decent shot against Bee, but in general, Bee's going to be a threat against much more opponents. BM Naruto really solidified his superiority through obtaining Bijuu Mode.

lol if you really think bee reacted to ftg to which jubito couldn't react then you need to improve your comprehension skills... bee anticipated minato and that's why minato complimented him.. as for blocking Ay, bee was on the sideline, it's easy to anticipate when you are on the sideline and not in the heat of battle jus like how minato and co managed to coordinate attack with gai in 8th gate from the sidelines...SM naruto has far better reactions then bee but bee has better speed and firepower.. so it's a very even match up...
