I remember seeing a pic of Naruto with his right arm broken complaining about not being able to eat easily; and someone, Sakura I think, was offering to help him. Did that actually happen? If so, in what chapter?

it was because of the new jutsu he created it attacks on the celleular lvl and when naruto attacks with it it also hurts him
