When did Naruto Become Hokage ?

I recently watched the last but I doesn't go with the manga because in the last after the credits boruto and himawari run out on the balcony and have a snowball fight with naruto but it doesn't look like he was hokage but in the flashback naruto had in recent chapter he was hokage before himawari and boruto were even born . I'm confused was he already hokage and he wasn't on duty or something cause the timeline seems kinda screwy

The Last is not canon. It is the 700 Chapter in the Manga that Naruto is confirmed Hokage.

Kakashi could of sent naruto, considering naruto is a legend and more powerful than all Kages and previous Kages put together. similar how jiraya fought pein the leader of the akatsuki and not formally the hokage (who wasn't the strongest ninja in the village)

If that was really a baby bump on Sakura then I agree with your order, otherwise I would switch the order of the flashback and the movie epilogue.

Naruto was hokage at age of 22 ! kakashi stepped down after the events of last movie in 3 years .

No Sarada was born and was toddler lets say 2-3 years in the Naruto's flashback.
