Sage of the six paths used all the paths technique in one body,himself. Thus making him faster,stronger,more adapt e.t.c. than nagato who had to use all those techniques through dead bodies,corpses-six paths of pain. Now knowing that nagato had to use these corpses as a result of his weakened body,(also crippled)..... When actually did nagato become a cripple.

This is correct. Hanzo first f**ked his legs up when he used the paper bombs. I think he did it on purpose so that konan would not sustain any impact from then blast. Thats what crippled him.

The dragon soul jutsu he used later on via the gedo mazo just made things worse...

No, the Paper Bombs weakened his legs.
He could barely walk with the Soul Dragon Jutsu and ended up never walking again.
I think he could've survived that blast, and healed up. He was just too weak after the Soul Dragon to do anything.
