When did Minato as number 1?

Its weird because obito was able to react on that "instant " speed.

If you're talking about Obito jin it's obvious by now that when someone gets the sage's power , everything including speed, ninjutsu etc is meaningless before them

When Minato didn't arrived before Naruto turned into BM, then a lot of people accepted the option and made Naruto faster than Minato.... So, now Minato is the fastest..... But where did he became number 1? I want you to show me a pics of him during the war.

AND I always agreed that he was the fastest but I want to know how he became number 1 again when he arrived to the battlefield....

i don't know who made/accepted "the option and made Naruto faster" and i don't know why/when they accepted Minato as the fastest again, you keep talking as if it was the norm/an accepted well known fact.

all i'm saying is it doesn't matter dude, no one was EVER faster than Minato and that's a fact.
