When did Kaguya state she was scared of an enemy?

Kaguya was greedy,maybe she did it becuase WhiteZetsus had chakra,and whenever she would run out of chakra in battle against someone then the Zetsus would give her chakra.
She was chakra greedy,for example if Momoshiki and Kinshiki fought against her then it wouldn't be that easy.
But that doesn't means Momo>Kaguya.
Kaguya run out of chakra against Naruto and Sasuke.
So she wanted to create a army for that purpose.

The only reservation I could see her having is Momo's ability to absorb chakra but other then that nope.

Because they didn't have time to explain why she created an army. Kakashi even asked what her goals were but he got ignored. :lol

My best guess would be she wanted control over the people that no longer believed in her garbage anymore. Funny how that parallels the world we live in. I'm thinking kishi is telling us someting throughout the manga/anime. Even with Madara wanting everyone too sleep while he Lives is something that is going on in this reality.

That's a good reason but what would be the point in turning them into zetsu if they're just chakra batteries? Kaguya might as well left them tangled in MT. Also BZ called them soldiers soo :S

I take it that Kishi was really lost with this issue. He was just farting around, and decided to put down some contrived reason for Kaguya's "sinister plan".

I think that is the case because the fourth databook mentions nothing about the army and that Kaguya wanted peace. That means the army was a very last minute idea.
