Kagya get in to inside of blackzetsu when Madara absorbed some power from obito to get full body. From that moment kagya started to take control of blackzetsu

NO it was holy tree the one that was talking to madara not some one from inside Of Madara . After absorbing the holy tree Madara sadi that " This what tree is " or something like that . What does it mean ? It means the inside of holy tree there exist the personality of Kaguya
