When did Kabuto suddenly got so much power?

How did he get so much power in such amount in short periods of time? Didn't he just inject Orochimaru's blood into himself not so much and all of a sudden he can make all the revived ninja like 10x times or so powerful.

Kabuto is a very perceptive individual and like Daddy Oro, he knows how to manipulate people.

He is not dumb he just played dumb. Now he has no one to limit him other than Tobi/Madara.
