Like for example, If I killed someone with a knife because I got really pissed off, I don't think anyone would excuse me.
However, there was some police that shot someone with downs syndrom several times until he died, because they got scared and thought he had a real gun when really it was plastic and they cried in court and said they were so scared and people let them walk free like they did nothing wrong.
Is it sometimes up to people to shake things off and let go?
Or if you have a case where you can be "morally superior" and totallly trash talk someone because they did something that could be percieved as wrong should you pursue that case?
