I've never seen Reizon complaining about anime before. In fact, I've seen him supporting animes that fall under a certain genre starting with "H" Lol. Pretty sure this dude is Shuma.

The fail that is the OP.
It doesn't matter what medium it is presented in; be it book, game, movie, cartoon, etc, as long as there are adult themes, then it is for an adult audience and the same applies for the younger audience too.
There are books for children and books for a more mature audience
Movies for children and movies for a more mature audience
Games for children and games for a more mature audience
and finally anime for children and anime for a more mature audience.

Cartoons were used in WWII as one of the means to train soldiers in the U.S.
What difference does it make if it's hand-drawn or not? Are you saying that drawing and enjoying art is only for children?
