When and how did you first discover Naruto and why do you like it?

One of my friends told me about it when it first aired on Fox Kids/Jetix in the UK. After he showed me some of the art and the soundtrack, I became quite interested in the style since I was also interested in DBZ.

The Zabuza arc was pretty epic back then, and I've been following the series ever since. It was much more serious and action-packed than most of the shows I saw at the time.

Well my i was bored and was watching TV when i passed by the channel where Rock lee vs Kimimaro was being showed, i took interest in it and i watched about 50 eps then after 2 years completed the manga and i catched up around 2008-9

I discovered Naruto on TV 6 years ago (when it first aired here) ... I was watching it till it doesn't came on TV anymore .. so I continued watching it on the Internet ... then I lost it somehow .. and then I found the Manga and started reading it (2 years ago I think). And I like it because it's badass. ... It's just awesome, the Story, the Jutsus, the Characters .. yeah .. : D

The art is good.

The characters are mild but unique, as is their designs.

The Naruto world is immersive and grabs your attention.

The story was good, and it didn't use to be a DBZ rip-off.

I started watching Naruto in 2005 during the Chuunin Exams Arc. I was mainly interested in the show because of Sasuke; then I started getting the manga volumes and started by them when they came out starting on volume 11. I've been buying the manga volumes ever since. I started watching the anime again when Naruto SD came out, and that was when I fell in love with the Japanese sub. Since then, I cannot watch any Naruto media dubbed anymore. It hurts my ears. I started reading the manga chapters online on manga chapter 343, and I've read the manga ever since.
